Do I need to be a home owner to get Komdu?

How much deposit do i need?
In some instances, you may not need a deposit. It all depends on the value, quality and suburb of the home you are purchasing as well as things like the equity in your current home.
How long is the approval process?
We can give you initial approval within a few days. Allowing you to go out, make and offer or really start to negotiating hard. Final approval can take an extra few days and then it’s done.
What documents do I need to get started?
Initially we need to establish you identity. It’s a pretty important requirement. So have your passport of drivers licence on hand. From there, we need a few extras like your deed of ownership.
